Taking Care of the Eyes

The age, the water retention and the pouches, they all gather as if following an order around the eyes. The skin around the eyes is very sensitive and needs special care because it is thin and dry. Not even the fat layer is present in that area, letting the skin at the wrinkle's disposal. That is why during our daily skin care we must offer special attention to this area.

THE EYES PROGRAM

The ordinary face moisture and oils can plug the lachrymal channels and produce water bags under the eyes. That is why it is recommendable to use cosmetics products made especially for eyes or naturist products made at home. If you buy them, you should know that the gel for eyes is good for the oily young skin and it is refreshing. For the other skin types, cream and eye balms are indicated. As for the naturist cosmetics, it recommends honey and melted bee wax (presented bellow).

The eyes products, no matter which their nature might be, are applied with the point of the ring finger, which is the weakest. Use a small cream, gel or balm quantity and massage slowly with circular movements. It is preferable to take care of one's skin regularly and economically than rarely and abundant. Thus, your skin will be well moisturized all the time and you will delay the wrinkles' emergence.

How to get rid of the swollen eyes and the bags under the eyes.

- Apply cream around the eyes patting with the fingers so that the liquid trapped in the tissues should get out and circulate.

- Keep the cosmetic products in refrigerator. The cold removes the bulges

- Apply on the eyelids, for 20 minutes, slices of cucumber or raw potato. Apply on the eyelids, for 15 minutes 2 humid teabags (quickly moisten) in hot water. They should be applied while they are still warm. They contain tannin and polyphenon which have a calming effect and eliminate the bags under the eyes.

- Moist two cotton pads in ice or cold milk and put them on the eyelids. Replace them with new ones as soon as they get warm. Repeat for 15 minutes. Reduces the bulges and accentuates the white area of the eyeball

- Moist two cotton pads in rose water. Wring them out and apply them on eyelids for 20 minutes.

- Let a metallic spoon in the fridge over night or only for one hour. Apply its convex side on the bags under the eyes.

Caution! Cold might affect women with sensitive skin.
