Citric fruits, reliable allies

Eat half a grapefruit before a meal or drink a juice from freshly squeezed oranges. Besides the fact that it hydrates you, it will also provide you the necessary of vitamin C in your organism, which will strengthen your immune system.

Give up carbohydrates

To control your hunger, give up carbohydrates. In fact, the exaggerated input of sugars, especially of refined ones allowed the quick elimination of insulin which favors their settling as triglycerides. Due to these refined sugars, the pancreas excretes more insulin to burn the consumed sugar. Thus, the excess insulin will eliminate and reduce the level of glucose in your blood thus causing the sensation of hunger. This shall manifest itself especially when it comes to sugars that are absorbed fast (jam, honey, candies, chocolate, pastry, fizzy drinks, etc.).

Eat food products rich in fibers

They not only get rid of the hunger sensation, but they are also low in calories and will help you lose. By increasing the amount of food fibers ingested, "foods" that are not assimilated by the organism, and thus the hunger sensation is reduced; by eating less, you lose weight. Besides that, a diet rich in fibers diminishes and slows down the assimilation of lipids and carbs. Food fibers are found in all vegetal products: vegetables and fruits, muesli, whole cereals.

Protect your body with the help of proteins

Only a diet rich in proteins can help you keep a smooth and elastic skin, a young face and a perfect body. Don't forget that people following a balanced diet, besides achieving their ideal weight, manage to get younger in a visible manner, by at least 10 years. Proteins can be found in meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk and in certain vegetables (in low quantities). Besides the fact that they help us lose weight, proteins prevent bloating, allow the organism to go through a weight loss diet, don't transform into sugar, accelerate the healing process of wounds and help us fight against infections with antibodies they produce.

Fluids and fruits

Drink a lot of water, especially flat, or prepare a lemonade. Consuming 250 ml flat water before every meal, you will eat less. Fruits, especially apples and bananas, are very filling and have a low calorie content. Try to take your time eating an apple, you can even try vegetables, like carrots and small cucumbers. It is important to nibble slowly and to take small bites from your favorite fruit or vegetable. The process of eating a fruit can be a real art and in a short period of time your brain will say: "enough". Green tea is very good, not only for it taste, but also for its anti-oxidizing properties and for its effect in melting fats away. It is ideal in weight loss diets and, if you don't like the taste, you can drink any other type of tea, as long as it is unsweetened.

Fool sweets

The fastest filling sensation is due to sweets or to... anything sweet. Try sweet foods, with low calorie content, those prepared with artificial sweeteners. In supermarkets you can find many types of candies, biscuits, ice cream and even cupcakes sweetened with aspartame or saccharin. Thus you can indulge your sugar tooth but also calm down your hunger.
