Dissociated Diet


     This is not a fast weight-loss diet. You lose weight slowly but constantly. Actually, it is a way of life and the new achieved weight can be maintained without problems.
     As you can see, sweets are allowed too, but, of course, in low quantities, you can only taste them as if you eat them all….

     And now the afferent explanations:
fruits
  • Only two groups can be combined (A and B, A and C, B and C); You cannot eat food from all three groups( A and B and C);
  • if one consumes aliments from the group A (or C), one should wait at least 3 hours before eating any aliment from the group C (or A)
  • drink daily a glass of mineral/ gas water combined with half lemon juice;
  • drink 4 or 5 cups of green tea daily or take 2 pills 3 times a day
  • many tomatoes or tomato juice;

GROUP A

  • Integral Cereals
  • Bread
  • Pastries
  • Rice
  • Corn flour
  • Potatoes
  • Honey
  • Sugar
  • Sweets with sugar
  • Jam
  • Jellies
  • Stewed fruits
  • Dates
  • Figs
  • Peanuts
  • Dry fruits
  • Vegetables from beans

GROUP B

  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Cream
  • Cheese
  • Egg yolk
  • Olives
  • Lettuce
  • Carrots
  • Onion
  • Beetroot
  • Cauliflower
  • Spinach
  • Green bean
  • Peas
  • Celery
  • Radish
  • Turnips
  • Cucumber
  • Red cabbage
  • Cabbage
  • Raw tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Walnuts

GROUP C

  • Any kind of meat
  • Fish
  • Any kind of milk
  • white of the egg
  • Stone fruits
  • Grain fruits
  • Rose hips
  • Citrus fruits
  • Water melon
  • Musk-melon
  • Blueberries
  • Boiled tomato
