Weight gaining diet

It is more difficult to lose weight than to lose weight, the majority of the population would say, because most of us have problems maintaining their figure or losing extra pounds.

Still, there are people for whom this thing - gaining weight - is very difficult due to an accelerated metabolism that doesn't allow them to gain weight, but there are also people with a low appetite and because of that they have a weight problem.

But there are solutions for this type of people as well, but is all down to will in these cases also. Thus, in order to gain weight you need more energy than you consume, a minimum of 3.500 calories over the ones you are burning. This depends on the activities carried out during the day, which can amount from 500 to 1500 calories a day. A total of 3.500 to 5000 calories a day are thus needed. Don't forget that, like for the weight loss diets, you must have a balanced diet.

It is highly recommended that you eat more types of foods, not only ones that have fats. Try to choose food products with a high content of calories. The six recommended groups in a balanced gaining weight diet are:
- fats (oils, margarine, butter) and sweets
- dairies (cream, 3% fat milk, cheese) 3 helpings a day
- meat, eggs, nuts - 3 helpings a day
- vegetables 5 helpings a day
- fruits 4 helpings a day
- bread, cereals, rice, fish - 11 portions a day

Choose foods with a high content of calories. So as to prevent an excessive increase in the volume of meals, eat dry fruits instead of fresh fruits or, out of the fresh fruits, choose bananas and grapes, fruits that have a high percentage of carbs, thick soups, whole milk, olives, avocado, cheese and a lot of nuts, seed, pistachio and chestnuts. Eat at least five times a day. Don't drink fluids during your meals, but at least 30 minutes before and after eating.
