So as to prevent an excessive increase in the volume of meals, eat dry fruits instead of fresh fruits or, out of the fresh fruits, choose bananas and grapes, fruits that have a high percentage of carbs, thick soups, whole milk, olives, avocado, cheese and a lot of nuts, seed, pistachio and chestnuts. Eat at least five times a day. Don't drink fluids during your meals, but at least 30 minutes before and after eating.
