Healthy Weight Loss Advice
The Italian nutritionists, without questioning the utility of weight –loss diets, warn women who are on a diet about a limit that shouldn't be surpassed. After years of advertising blitz on "7 kilograms in 7 days", writes a medical journal, people have finally understood that in order to be out of any danger, the weight -loss diet must be long and slow. It is the only way to obtain long-lasting results. In brief, the ideal method is to choose the most equilibrate alimentation which should respect the man’s biological essence:
- 20% proteins
- 30% carbohydrates
- 50% fruits and vegetables
Calculate correctly your kilograms
It is not necessary to lose more than 7% of your weight in one month (3 kilos per month if you weight 50 kilos, for instance). The ideal situation would be to "get rid" of one kilo and a half per week.
Avoid the extreme diets
Diets which have less than 1000 de calories per day can lead in short time to the first signs of malnutrition: metabolic disorders, cardio-circulatory disorder, kidney and liver disorders, the periodical stagnation of menstruation, lower of one's libido and life desire.
Did you manage to lose some weight and you want to keep it this way? Nothing simpler! Avoid fats, sweets of any kind, bread, macaroni, sugar, salt (very small quantities allowed), alcohol and spices. Don't forget to exercise! If you cannot exercise, go for a walk!
