Freckles and spots

Freckles are small irregular spots of a yellow-brown color. They appear in the spring and summer as the result of sun exposure, especially in blond or red-haired people. They are seen in youngsters, appear at the age of five, they decrease in number towards 40 and then disappear almost completely while old.

They are found on the cheeks, forehead, nose, sometimes on the neck, shoulders, forearms, back of the hands. Freckles don't represent a disease or the symptom of any disease. They are hereditary. With age, spots appear on your face and hands. They are present in elderly people.

Their treatment has a cosmetic character, based on plant, with external applications, but completed by the consumption of raw, fresh fruits and vegetables, rich in vitamins C and PP.
