Hair care: guaranteed results!

Every woman wants a rich, healthy and shiny hair. Our hair is a weapon of seduction and is an important component of the feminine charm. What is to be done when the shine disappears and we are left with something unattractive, burnt and sometimes so unattractive that it only seems to cover our scalp? Because we don't want to cut it either. And it is normal. At least up to a certain age we all want long hair. And even if it's not incredibly long, beautiful hair means healthy hair. And for this it needs care. Still, we many times decide to take measures when it is a bit late and the methods we have chosen to have a more attractive look (dying our hair, perms, excessive use of styling products, drying it with an aggressive hairdryer) have already destroyed our hair.

My advice is to use special masks for your hair every week. You can try those available in shops, but the best results I have obtained yet are with masks I "cook" by myself in my kitchen; they are a great alternative to a luxurious hair salon I can't always afford to spend my time or money. And trust me, my hair has gone through a lot and is still there, despite the opinions of skeptics. I partly owe this miracle to the fact that I learned how to take care of it, not only to dye it. Miracles also imply work, they don't just happen. The masks I will present actually work; I'm speaking of experience.

The first mask departs from the classical combination of egg yoke, olive oil and honey.

I have improved it in time, taking into account advice from specialists. Thus, you will need:

- 2 egg yokes;
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 10 ml of vitamin A;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 10 ml of hot pepper tincture;
- 10 ml de burdock tincture.

You can easily find all these ingredients. The hot pepper tincture is used to stop hair loss; the burdock one helps hair to grow. Both the honey (which should be liquid) and the olive oil feed the hair.

For the best results, it is recommended to keep this mixture on your head for 30-40 minutes and to cover your hair with a bag, then a towel so the nutritious elements of the mask can penetrate the hair better. Divide the hair in strands and spread the mixture with a cotton pan. This mask provides a deep nurturing of the hair and also regenerates it. It is best to use it in the weekends, when you have more time at your disposal and you can keep on your head for as long as necessary. The amounts mentioned are for medium-size hair; you can add or use smaller amounts of the ingredients according to your hair length and thickness.

Another treatment, equally fast and effective:

- o tablespoon of chamomile leaves;
- o tablespoon of nettle leaves;
- 2-3 elder flowers;
- 250-300 ml of milk;
- the zest from a lemon;
- o tablespoon of apple vinegar.

Boil 1.5 l of water and prepare an infusion from the plant mixture. Wait for it to cool down a bit then add the milk, lemon zest and vinegar. After washing your hair, rinse it with this mixture. Cover your hair and let it act for 5 minutes (even more if you have time), then rinse again with clean water. You will obtain a strong and shiny hair.

It is important to wash our hair properly. Don't aggress it while washing it because it is very fragile. Execute a massage along the length of the hair, then massage the scalp. The same stands for drying our hair with a towel; don't rub it thoroughly because you will only deteriorate it. Gently pad the hair with the towel and let it covered so it can dry some more. It is also important to set days for washing your hair and to stick with them or else you will get an increased secretion of sebum.

The results of the treatments will be obvious in only a few months. Also, if you haven't done it in a while, I recommend chopping the tips of your hair to give it a new boost.
