Natural remedies for cellulite

Cellulite is an alteration of the hypodermic conjunctive tissue and is a result of an accumulation of fats in the adipocyte cells (fat cells) - or, to put it briefly, a result of fat deposits.

The presence of cellulite leads to the "ageing" of the tissue because it starts to retain water and toxins that are harmful for the organism (through the action of glucose on the collagen and elastin fibers, disorders in lymphatic and blood circulation). The cellulite is also described as an inflammation of the hypodermic cellular tissue.

The stages of cellulite:

Stage 1: It corresponds to the flask cellulite form. The classic appearance of "orange peel" is not noticeable with the naked eye, but only after "squeezing" the skin.

Stage 2: It corresponds to compact cellulite. One can notice irregularities of the skin (the "orange peel") at the level of the tegument and sometimes the area can be sore.
v Stages 3-4: They correspond to fibrous - edematous cellulite. De cellulite deposits are visible as hypodermic nodules, the skin is deformed and "wavy". The area can be painful. Changes at the level of lymphatic and blood circulation can occur, so the oxygenation of cells is faulty and the elimination of local toxins is difficult.

Also in this stage changes of the skin beyond the hypodermic tissue (e.g. stretch marks, venectasies - expansion of veins on certain areas).

Reasons for cellulite

The most frequent causes are:

a. hormonal disorders (generally of female hormones, especially estrogen)
b. faulty diet (honey, white sugar, pasta, pizza, fat meat and of course, bread)
c. lack of exercise (its lack leads to a decrease in blood and lymphatic circulation)
d. obesity
e. hepatobiliary conditions
f. neurosis
