Natural remedies for fighting blackheads

Blackheads and spots are the most feared enemy of a women's skin and we have to confront them fairly often. Because every woman wants a clean and beautiful skin, the solutions we can find in natural products are extremely efficient and here are some natural remedies to fight spots and blackheads:

If the reasons for spots and blackheads are not external, try an internal purifying diet with teas from burdock root, dandelion or coriander seeds. These teas have a positive effect on the liver, helping it to function properly and thus to cleanse your skin.

If you want to eliminate the pesky blackheads from your face, after cleansing and removing the makeup from your skin, slowly rub the skin with a slice of raw potato.

An efficient mask for fighting blackheads is the mask obtained by mixing white clay powder with grapefruit juice, having the role to improve the circulation at the face level and to also purify the skin.

Mix some grams of ground cinnamon with milk, a few drops of honey and lemon zest and mix until you obtain a homogenous paste. Then apply only on areas with blackheads.

Consuming half a glass of freshly squeezed aloe vera juice a day prevents the apparition of blackheads, stimulating the elimination of toxins from the organism.

Mix a glass of infusion from coriander seeds with a few grams of turmeric and, after removing the makeup, apply compresses with this solution.

Apply tea tree oil on the affected areas or mix a tablespoon of deacidified mineral water with a tablespoon of alimentary bicarbonate and slowly rub the blackhead.
