Natural treatment for obesity

The beneficial effects of apple vinegar are well known for an increased cholesterol level and its efficiency in treating obesity.

The following recipe is based on apple vinegar, garlic and honey.

Garlic is recommended for a large numbers of disorders: high blood pressure, asthenia, rheumatics, lung diseases, intestinal parasites, etc., whereas honey is a natural complex of vitamins.

You need:

a jar with 400 g honey, 1 large clove of garlic, 400 ml apple vinegar, one empty jar of 800 g.

Clean and crush the garlic, then place in the empty jar; add the honey and the apple vinegar until the jar is full.

Mix well with a spoon until all the honey is dissolved in the vinegar then close the jar.

Leave 10 days to macerate and you have to be careful to shake the mixture at least once every 2 days because the garlic has the tendency to rise to the surface.

After 10 days, filter the composition, keep the fluid in the initial jar and place in a cool place. You can also keep it in the fridge.

Every morning, on an empty stomach, take 1 tablespoon from this mixture.

After 4-5 days the appetite is diminished, which is an important breakthrough for obese or overweight persons.

The mixture is tasty, due to the vinegar and honey.

The vinegar dissolves the fats in the organism and lowers the appetite.

The garlic is efficient for the entire organism, having a tonic, antisclerotic, antispasmodic and vermifuge effect, also lowering the blood pressure etc.

Honey protects the mucous of the digestive tube, has laxative effects and contains vitamins necessary for the organism.

Besides this recipe, reducing the consumption of sweets and fried products is also recommended, as well as the oil being added raw in food.
