What plants are effective for a lazy bile?

Among the elements of the body "clock" you need to take into account, there is the bile! Because the bile conditions can be disturbing, it is recommended to know what to do if you have this "lazy" organ.

A "lazy bile" is the equivalent of what is scientifically called, a biliary dyskinesia. It means that your bile simply doesn't take into account the "market demands". When you feel sick and nauseous and you to go to see the doctor, he/she talks to you about your "lazy bile", it is time to take it seriously an do something about it.

There are drugs that can help you with this problems that contain all sort of plants in their composition, but you can also find these plants in their natural state, thus making it easier for you to get rid of the painful complications.

Olives, an adequate cure

Doctors recommend swallowing, every morning, for a month, on an empty stomach, a tablespoon of olive oil. It wasn't tasty but it helped. A trick: you can add a small piece of fish from a can.

What is biliary dyskinesia?

We are actually talking about a complex of dyspeptic disorders of a biliary type: pain in the right side of the abdomen (below the ribs), of variable intensities (from a simple ache to powerful cramps), bitter taste, nausea, biliary vomiting (bitter), bloating, permanent or episodic. You need the plant below, with a choleretic and cholagogue action.

Chicory - it can be used as a salad prepared from fresh leaves or as an infusion obtained from 15 g of dried leaves for a liter of water. Drink one-two cups a day.
Artichoke - it can be used before the main meals, as an infusion obtained from two teaspoons of leaves for a cup of water. Drink 2 cups a day.
Celandine - it also has an antispastic action; it is administered as an infusion, prepared from 3 g of dried leaves for a cup of water. Drink throughout a day.
Dandelion - it is used as an infusion prepared from two teaspoons of plant (whole) for a cup of water; in total, drink two-three cups a day. Plant tinctures also help.

Perhaps you're not used with this treatment, but tinctures have a much more powerful beneficial effect than other forms of using medicinal plants - infusions and decocts.

Using tinctures is very close to homeopathy - another renowned, accepted and practiced method in medicine. You must know that, compared to infusions and decocts, tinctures extract and keep the therapeutical active principles in the plant with a higher efficiency.

There are treatments prepared exclusively from tinctures, which are also very effective in treating those suffering from biliary dyskinesia: 1/2 tablespoon of celandine tincture, 1/2 tablespoon of artichoke tincture, one tablespoon marjoram tincture and 1/2 liter of water. Drink half a glass, on an empty stomach, 15 minutes before every meal.

Don't keep the remedy in direct sunlight or in a warm place and prepare it once every 2 days. The cure must be followed until you heal.
