The quantity of fruit is consumed in several doses during the day. Whatever the fruit you choose, an exclusive diet should be started with a certain caution and progressively increase the amount, don't risk digestive disorders. The reason is easy to see: a body used to an unbalanced diet may react violently to a new way of eating.
