Mix in a salad bowl and add the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped coriander. Oven Cucumber- Preparation time: 20 minutes (for 4 people).- Cooling time: 10 minutes - 2 firm cucumbers - 2 eggs - one slice of fresh goat cheese - 2 tablespoons of chopped basil - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - Salt and pepper Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Wash cucumbers. Cut them lengthwise and remove seeds with a spoon. Crush the cheese in a bowl and mix with eggs. Add basil and olive oil. Add salt and pepper on the cucumbers, then add the goat cheese mixture. Keep it in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve as an aperitif.
